Working at Chipotle has been the best thing I could've done. There are times where the customers are very rude but the good out ways the bad most of the time.

That the manager that interviewed liked from the jump and how I was on-time to the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I might be the only African American at Chipotle but I don't get treat like it. I get treated with the same amount of respect.
