My overall experience at Chipotle has been very positive and I really like working here. My managers are all super friendly, and promote individuality and an inclusive culture. I enjoy working in a fast paced enviornment, and while rushes can be stressful, we have a very supportive team.

They're all dedicated to getting the job done, but also take the time to get to know you and encourage individuality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm always treated fairly by both my coworkers and managers and whenever I make mistakes they make sure to correct it but aren't harsh about anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all make us feel like good friends while still being authority figures, and make sure to divide tasks so that we aren't overwhelemed while still getting the job done
