Amazing at first and still is a bit. Was brought on early and I didnt really know the reality of office politics with a company that is starting from scratch. Everyone wants to make an impact and that means "wins". No one really wants an incumbent so my job is to give 100% and see what happens.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am actually a part of a new team but this a huge difference between what I felt before. All of the members on my team, are very understanding and want me to succeed and that makes me feel valued. I feel right now things aren't as god as they should be but I know we can get there with our leaders.

Very interested in the development of our people.

Much external training is available

Some are quite amazing and I would run through a wall for sure.

Transparency, camaraderie, and always vested in helping one another succeed. I love my team.

I can honestly say, for the most part, that the people here are extremely nice and always willing to help.

Being able to ask as many questions as possible and have manager help you out with anything you might need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be compensated more according to fair market value based on current cost of living in my specific location and job area, not just position level.

That I am not paid the absolute minimum I am legally allowed to be paid and then told that they are doing me a favor by increasing it to that minimum after wanting to be paid what am legally due.
