Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role I was hired to do was entry level which I took for a more work life balance and less pay. Now I'm currently doing a management role with leading and managing the category which I used to do at my previous job. Exact same responsibility on a wider range with less pay.
