steep learning curve but in a good way. lots of pressure to perform. some of that is good but not always. smart people all around. wish their was more flexibility in where we work from. not enough remote opportunities.

great people to work with, everyone is motivated. company events show the company cares.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear focus on digital. Great marketing team. Making all the right moves to show they care about employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do work that is well outside that of the typical person in my role and i work much more than 40 hours per week. Im learning a tremendous amount and I'm greatful for that but I sometimes feel that I'm doing two jobs for the price of one.
