Working with the team and receiving a paycheck every 2 weeks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The camaraderie, exposed to new opportunities to learn from each other and grow. Why doesn't management see and/or invest into their team members?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More platforms for anonymous feedback. Create a safe space for employees. Take visible action when feedback is given or at least acknowledge it within a respectful time period (e.g. No communication until 5 months later from a survey). Follow through commitments that are announced.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop creating a hostile work environment. Coach and mentor new and inexperienced management - their management style reflects their leadership which becomes very toxic. The result is a very negative workplace. My specific department and teams are ran by fear and constantly overworked. Zero recognit

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on my research on multiple websites, speaking with colleagues in similar experience levels and industries, I am not paid fairly or competitively. It is further confirmed by asking peers within the organization. NOTHING is being done about it when brought to management. Overworked. Underpaid.
