the people I work with, we have great people who are fun to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid for my years of experience and if I was paid appropriately for that I would feel more valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is amazing! they are generous, kind, engaging, and always there to be helpful/supportive. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to partner with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
majority of people here are kind, easy to talk to, approachable, and funny. we have a fun culture that encourages creativity and getting to know one another on a deeper level
