It is a good blend of base, bonus, and stocks. The pay I believe is industry leading.

They are very personable and they also conduct sit down talks with us, also they play kickball with us! Great energy all around.

getting projects done and resolving issues in a timely and an accurate manner. also, gaining new knowledge pieces helps me get excited and be happy.

The bonus structure. However, the base should be increased and stocks (SOSARs) should be decreased, since you have to wait for a long time to exercise the rights.
