Chipotle is a great place to work, however I do think it's important for people experience to receive feedback from individual teams on a regular basis and require follow-up from managers. Because of the shuffling within the building it may be difficult for some teams to feel left out of the mix

The ability to opt-in or opt-out of requirements. I also have little issues with covering basic coverage

Our team is incredibly smart and passionate. Most are enthusiastic and motivated to be a part of Chipotle's growth and story
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Continuous and transparent updates on company-wide goals and timelines to achieve them. Additionally, the regularly scheduled management training and Q&A sessions available about company benefits are very helpful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That Chipotle as a whole wants to make a difference in the world. I feel proud to support our projects and am looking forward to being a part of influencing the decision the company makes in the future
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the collaboration that goes on here. When large problem solving meetings are held cross-functionally and it's a comfortable environment to speak up and solve a problem bigger than all it's parts - that's pretty cool to be a part of
