Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I have minimal control over my compensation. I work harder, longer and achieve my goals but am paid similar to peers who work half as much and have terrible results. For the R process I want a clear timeline to follow as once you meet the base requirements all you can do is wait.
