
Two words: Diversity & Inclusion.
They seem to have a great relationship with THEMSELVES but they don't seem to put in the effort to make ALL employees feel wanted.
Make EVERYONE feel wanted especially the contractors. Be up front & honest with the specific team members you have a problem with. If you're confronting them about their "schedule" be honest with your reason why.
