It's a pretty good experience. The job is just hard physically on my body. I am tired after a shift, especially if we are short staffed. I think closers should be paid more because of the physical labor as opposed to opening shifts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to you, and they constantly give opportunities for advancement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the opportunity for raises is great. Also it has a 401k match!
What makes you most happy at work?
The free food. We get a free meal on break, and I love the food.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers call out to much or don't show up for work. Some have bad attitudes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was laid back and casual. It didn't feel like I was being studied like other interviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all just try to get through the shift together. We try to make customers happy. That part isn't fake.
