My team is essentially me and my boss. We have a great working relationship with a lot of autonomy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised a team (2 team members) 2 years ago when I started and we have yet to be able to hire my support staff, due to leaderships decision to prioritize other teams. Essentially I'm doing the job of 3 people and not being compensated to that degree.
