The company as a whole does a lot of great charity work.

Most of them only focus on their own work and climbing the ladder instead of taking into account how their actions and poor decisions can affect others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the hours I actually work, the pay is not high enough. It needs to be based on that instead of as if we worked a typical 40 hour week.
