My experience has been great so far. I enjoy working with my team and direct manager, but at the director level and above, I think there's a bit of a disconnect. I'm involved in many, many different projects and I don't feel that has been recognized just yet.

Goals are made clear, and there's no uncertainty with the company as a whole
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very happy working from home right now. Going back into the office will be difficult on my family and I, but I'm excited to interact with my coworkers again in-person
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team acts as exactly that..a team. We help each other out and support each other. I know other groups with toxic individuals and I can say with confidence that my team is absolutely competent and we work together well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For being such a large company, health insurance for my family and I is pretty expensive. I would also love the option to work from home at least 1 day a week once we go back into the office. After all, I think many of us have proved we can be successful working from home.
