My experience at Chipotle has been nothing but positive. The people truly make this company amazing! I love what I do personally so that also makes me excited to come to work! I do believe that I should be paid a little more, but the people & my love for what I do makes me stay
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is honestly amazing! Not only do we all get along really well, but we are all willing to help each other no matter what!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and keep all employees in the loop when it comes to any decisions they are making or anything that affects the company as a whole.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my job, I'm currently being paid on the lower end of the spectrum. I should be making around $15-20K more than I'm currently being paid to be in the median pay rate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I honestly love what I do and I feel as though what I'm doing it making our team members job easier! Plus my team is amazing and my boss is so amazingly supportive and encouraging!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Chipotle is amazing! I swear I have never met a person that I didn't like while working here. Everyone seems to be on the same page, has a great attitude, and I personally feel valued here.
