I am most happy when I am connecting with people. I communicate with a large number of people daily and I am able to create a partnership with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion is a large focus of the company and our company leaders truly show that they care about us and our goals. Everyone is very supportive and I am proud to be apart of a hard working team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits that are included with my compensation package are amazing. I was able to get my tuition 100% covered through Chipotle, I am able to invest in my 401(K) with matching, and I am able to invest in Chipotle Stocks through our Employee Purchase Plan. I feel excited about my benefits/comp.
