Overall, Chipotle has been a great experience. I wish there were more concrete ways to potentially move to other departments, but I do believe that the company cares about employee development.

My team is very collaborative and willing to jump in and help out whenever needed. I also like that we all seem to want to build meaningful relationships with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I was internally promoted. If I were closer in compensation to the other members of my team who are in the same position, I would feel better about my pay.
