I watch people who deserve promotions get passed up in favor of less competent people. As a public company, i know money will always be important but you can't disregard the people that help you make that money

My team could be a strong team but our leadership is so poor that we're aimless.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is highly competent, but sadly their talent under-utilized. We have a diversity of opinions and experience that remain largely untapped.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They keep cutting labor while piling on more initiatives. Things do not get tested before they roll put so we're constantly finding issues after the fact.

I have never been asked for feedback on my leader, in the more than a year he’s been on the team. I escalated concerns to his leader and to People Experience a
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my feedback isn't listened to. Chipotle claims to be about people but they keep cutting resources that their people need in order to keep sales high. When sales fall, ELT blames store performance instead of looking at ChipForce and other finance decisions.
