I think they stay true to our values and try to make the best decisions to benefit both the business and the employees that make the business run.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many opportunities to be as involved or refrain from involvement as you would like. I believe that culture is truly trying to help cultivate a better world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many great things- benefits offered that I've never received from large (or small) companies I've worked for prior. The medical, dental, and vision coverage is great. The options for ESPP are amazing.
