I love that our company encourages cultural diversity. One of the many ways they show this, is to give us cultural awareness days, that don't count against our vacation or PTO time. We also have amazing ERG's that host a variety of activities for our associates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less in comparison with the peers and based on the amount of work.

Compensation doesn't match with the actual work that I do. Over time my Job duties increased drastically but compensation stayed the same. My current Job role is much different and expanded than I was actually hired for. Few other people are paid more for similar role.
