It's been good from the start, as I started out as a contractor and my work was acknowledged and therefore rewarded me a FT position. My manager has been very receptive and constructive when needed. My coworkers have all been genial and helpful. The perks are decent, nothing extraordinary.

We are helpful with each other and it feels like we can be humorous with each other

They seem personable, willing to talk to you regardless of position. They do a good job of being transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to do work with clear instructions and have the necessary resources to complete my project. Also, the people I work with, my manager... easy to talk to and request help.
