What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating me like a human and part of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess my pay would be the best part. Our PTO is not that great to be honest.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is not much interaction at all due to an issue with a supervisor that has been going on almost since I was employed and has never been resolved so everyone basically has little contact with me.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thought of growing into a new position within the company that suits the company's needs and my talents better. I feel that Conduent is proud of the way they promote from within the company and it makes me want to work hard regardless of difficult days.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think it might just be my department that has an issue as I see a lot of amazing things happening in other parts of the company. I am very invested in moving on in the company as I feel the culture fits my personality and life goals.
