It was a very nice beginning, I received a lot information and was educated to help my team mates but eventually I haven't received not even a pay increase or a certification not even guidance about I can do to professionally grow, So it became overwhelming because is not clear if i am enough prepar

We are very open and inclusive and open-door policy

They are very supportive and understanding when related to personal and professional matters

there is inconsistency in our proceess since knowledge is empiric, even we have policies

my manager is very open to talk and she always help to solve work issues

That is a remote position and I don't spend hours and hours in traffic jam and that I can help my coworkers

we all are very independent, and we help each other online but there seems to be some sentiment because of different pay rate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
people in my deparment with same grades ear more money than I am, there is no schollarships and vacations in mexico are only 6 days at year and other companies are at least 10 for the first year

I feel undervalued because I have been with the company for almost four years and haven received any pay increase and my new coworkers in the same team doing the same activities making are making more money than I, so basically we all are not getting same pay for the same job and that is really unfa
