What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is an accepting one and currently our management team has a focus on allowing us to grow and assist in new tasks that will improve our "division" .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team really has a down to earth mentality in addressing and understanding all issues in our operation, they are as flexible as possible and provide feedback and help in the most cordial manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have basically all started on this operation from 0, we are a tight group that we know each other and interact almost daily even if we are remote which makes work days go easy.
What makes you most happy at work?
That all the cases that I can work for are varied and different, that I can reach to other levels of our division and have a good conversation and also learn of new processes and ways to improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monetary speaking it is a good salary, regarding the benefits in Mexico I would love to have a way to add my mother to our medical coverage, sadly currently the only beneficiaries available for recognition on this system are spouses and children.
