We are a great team! We listen to each other and care about one another as if we were a family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate higher pay due to everything we have going on in our area. Rent has gone up $200+, groceries are more expensive than ever, and please do not get me started on gas.
