My leadership is incredibly supportive in all ways. I frequently receive good support and back up whenever I need it.

We help each other when we require support, we share prior experiences so we can handle situations in a better way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that being able to work from home is part of an emotional salary and I take it as part of my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Conduent is a very inclusive company. I haven't had the chance yet to apply for a new position but, so far for me, the company is open and provides the opportunity to grow internally.
