They take the time to show appreciation for a work well done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Im a call away from sharing ideas, areas of opportunity, feedback etc. My leadership is always open to listen.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have my bosses trust to the point he is not constantly monitoring me and I can work peacefully.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont have any bonus that may affect my income, so the salary I was offered is the one I received.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are honest, want to help and always aim for a solution in a partnership dynamic. I do feel as part of a team and not a simple subordinate.
