I feel great on working for Conduent. It is a company that provides challenges every day which makes my job very fun. I'd just like to be considered to be promoted since I have demonstrated that I am more than capable of performing several tasks.

We keep constant communication and support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is not monotonous and I have many things to do :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not micromanaged in my environment and my ideas are taken in consideration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team keeps me involved in decisions and gives me exposure to other teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My Business Unit has more resources than other units and my numbers are always in green, however the other persons who do the same job I do in other areas have Senior titles and more compensation than me eventhough their numbers are not in green.
