Hard working people, flexible, open to change, are always working so many hours to try to keep up, good people to the core that try to do their job the best they can
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That Conduent is giving the country the opportunity to grow a lot, and providing numerous job opportunities, we are also having several new clients. The environment is to work hard but relaxed, leading by example
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As HR manager I review job levels, salary ranges etc, and I am being payed below my direct comparables around 2,700 less, if we are trying to promote equity lets start with staff members, Staff people often feels undervalued because there are no salary increases, benefits, we are the non billables.
