we work very well in remote location and work more hours if needed by project.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility through remote work and i am able to meet operational requirement while maintaining work life balance as i am saving time in commuting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So far nothing has been said about salary revision after this financial year .this is highly irreguler when compared to other companies . we will highly appreciate more clarity and information in this regard . Also there is no performance incentive/bonus.
