My overall experience at Conduent is very positive but there has been no change in compensation from the last three years and that is highly demoralizing. This is the most significant issue for me and I expect it would be addressed at the earliest.

My team is on of the best team in Conduent . All team members are highly skilled and experienced, We have a great work environment and all of us are passionate about our job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no transparency in the compensation review, Its all pick and choose. Atleast star performers or the resources who get good ratings in annual performance appraisal should be considered for wage change or promotions.
