Support to our business in right way as we work for 24/7 is the only positive & culture which I have seen from my side
What makes you most happy at work?
Working together as a team at work which gives comfortable to me as I can communicate to all our team members and support them accordingly makes me happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
3 years ago I have been given opportunity to Lead the team and it was told I am the manager for my team from my Senior manager however nothing got change except more responsibility provided to me and No title got changed or my Salary as per C07 Band company standard is my real concern.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not sure how to update if they are really best or not as I do not see progress of employees is been taken care when it comes to their carrier aspects ( Example : i have been given as opportunity as lead from past 3 years however I did not get any Title change or my Salary change as per C07 Band
