Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

last three years didn't got any hike, i am working here from 16 years. Earlier never had this issue. this shows either i am not working good or company don't want me to continue in this company. I am getting compensation almost half of the market rate. I never expected this from conduent.
