In 10 years my pay has only increase by 6% - :( And for may of those years there was no 401k match, but the 401k match ws restored this year. My team mates can be very supportive.

The flexibility to work from home. Being recognized for my accomplishments by my management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and an increase in pay each year. I have seen a lot of team members leave because of this. The company could pay a larger portion of the health care benefits. Its nice there is a 401k match again.
