Take care of employee. That is the recipes for successful empire. No Raises given to employee except mgmt is getting BONUSES. This is Conduent VIRUS. As a Conduent we are here, want grow with along with you but how long we can work without a raise? Employee morale is very low .. WAKE UP MANAGEMENT
