Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better Personal Time off package, Bonuses, stock options, lower insurance costs, Recognition that isn't just Conduent swag, and more. Also, we're expected to follow policies and procedures while many of the executives don't do the same.
