its been a very good place to work. Most of the companies in Guatemala have way more awful conditions. But here, they seem to care about me, they give me the oportunitty to growth, is just that seems that they dont care to much about our mental health, mostly we doing our jobs and thats it

There was a time in which I Recommended this company to all my friends. Most of them are working here, but in this year decissions and comments were made that make this company awfull.
What makes you most happy at work?
the compensation is what makes me happy

Get a raise because of inflation.

The life insurance they provide

Have more relationship since we are divided by buildings we barely talk

Have more relationship with my collegues, have better incentives, look forward our mental health

Retain the employees. They are losing good employees because they are doing changes that are ilogical
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I used to think that conduent was a good place, but they started making changes that made people to not work properly anymore
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give better compensation to us, management shouldn't been taking decisions that are affecting most of the coworkers out of nowhere. They should at least notify with weeks notice so people can prepare for changes, not making them from one day to another
