The best thing about our team, there's always respect and trustworthiness.

They try to listen and engage themselves, but what is lacking is execution and action plan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sense of encouragement but still the support of the client and how they treat our team plays a big role in our everyday work-life.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compromise is what is lacking, they do listen to the needs of the employees and they try to act upon but never really felt.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been working over a decade, and yes my contributions and the success of our team are being recognized but my loyalty and tenure to the organization seems to be insignificant and disregarded.
