It's has been 4 yrs i am associated with this company. it's has been an wonderful work experience with excellent colleague , friends, managers, onsite manager. Work culture and work environment is good to work. But we expect some good hike in the annual compensation as per market value.

In Single word Team is just Excellent. coordinative , supporting and much more understanding and Caring.
What makes you most happy at work?
meeting with team members and discussed regarding all the details related to projects/work, sitting together at dinner and sometime personal stuff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team members are excellent to work with them. We worked almost 4 yrs together and we work as friends/brother rather than colleague.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team members leaving company and there task also divided in between rest team member . so work wise we don't have issue. But as per market inflation in everywhere we expect so good hike which i never received.
