Management doesn't seem to care about my groups clients. Doesn't care about all the extra hours we work, unpaid and clearly don't care we are underpaid. No raises in at least 4 years and there is more management than there are workers, which means you always have someone from management on you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They share knowledge easily. Willing to come together to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only thing I see is my coworkers, the rest of the company doesn't even know our group exists.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
overworked and underpaid. My group is understaffed which causes many extra hours, unpaid, Hire more people for the group, up our pay to industry standard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Answer hard questions and not softball questions that are hand picked for them. Raises that haven't happened in at least the 4 years. Benefits for those in the US that keep being cut and not fully restored. The only US employees you seem worried about are those in NJ and Germantown.
