the work is great we just need ways to solve for rewarding critical staff and retaining them and reducing attrition. people have no control over dollars and when most of our attrition is due to salary or pay managers can't do anything about it since they have no control over rewarding individuals.

the team and our business unit and focusing on the growth of our platform.

my team and the individuals I work with and the challenges and problems we face each day and trying to work through and solve for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they work hard they are easy to get along with. they have mutual respect for each other and we learn and grow as a team and constantly try to get better at what we do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
finding ways to reward people that are doing the work for all the different business units within the organization. many individuals have not had any raises or cost of living increases in multiple years. and there is no tool or process that has been laid out to provide managers with ways to do it.
