My experience at Conduent has spanned 10 years. I have worked for several different clients during that time. Some jobs have been more laid back (the one I have now) and others have been more challenging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team continues to make progress to make Conduent a better place to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team & I all work remotely, but each one is eager and willing to help any time the need arises.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is being the "behind the scenes" person making things happen and making sure things go smoothly and are seamless for the customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about the company culture is that while Conduent is one company, there are many different divisions and there are many opportunities to work for different clients and make many lateral moves and to learn many new things, if you're one that likes to move around every few years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked at the company for 10 years, but the company is not able to give regular raises, and a quick search on indeed.com shows that new people hired into the CC will make more money than I do. With regard to medical benefits, the only option is a HDP, with not much contributed to the HSA.
