It is amusing to analyze the steps taken by the account I'm in currently and I'm learning a lot in terms of how to start up an account and looking forward to be promoted to a higher level in the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency in terms of the updates and managers are approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment that was built is not toxic comparing to the other companies that we worked with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The incentive is too low, the holiday gift credits of 400 PHP last December was too unacceptable and not competitive with other companies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Supervisors especially the home grown ones need to undergo a series of training in order to interact better with their subordinates and handle certain situations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Even if there are times that we are not motivated to go to work, the fact that the company gave us a chance to help others to be a better person work wise as well as personally makes me grateful.
