when i joined company everything was great for me and still everything is great but only with my manager and my team but company has stopped giving hike they are giving compensation not in a year but may be after 3-4 years management is worst when it's comes to employees salary

very less compensatation and increment should be every year but conduent increment is after 3, 4 year and very less rate

Conduent is not paying employees very much and even not giving hike if they are giving hike after 3-4 years stll they are giving very less increment where all employees are dissatified and leaving conduent
