Completed 13 years in Conduent. For a new employee joining Conduent after College should be given the Orientation training which should change the perspective how they are going to behave, speak and work for their life there after. Need much focus from Cond; which currently lacks in a few location.

Team had mix of talents; some outstanding and some average performer. Tasks are getting completed with all quality with the existing skill set and helping each other.
