Company core values are good,,, but coming to the employee benefits it is completely worst,, they need to think about their employees and provide proper benefits like salaries, increments etc.... if company think about it then no other company will beat the conduent

No recognition for the work what we are working irrespective of hours worked
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to outside, we are getting paid less and there is no salary increment from past 3 years,,,,
