I feel undervalued due to pay imbalance compared with similar job grade, market compensation, revised salary range and irregularities in annual appraisal. Consideration for market correction, regular and timely annual appraisal will make me feel better.

My team is ever ready to accept new and promising challenges. They stand together to support and work as back up when there is a need. They are quick learners and very flexible in nature to adapt to any change and work environment.

I am undervalued as an employee when there is no pay parity when compared to the market. There is no continuous pay hike process adopted by the organization despite such high inflation. How an employee will manage his day to day expense with same salary year over year, not to talk about savings.
