everything at this company- needs good management, managers and hiring team and in last equality as well

some are helping and some always run away -I want to be in touch with a few always- good person , good mentor and good friend
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No rewards, no appreciation , no thank you just working and working just to meet the targets and that too 16 17 hrs a day since they don't have people to work- bad team and project management which does't value your work
