Team leadership is very transparent and we all are in different regions however the co ordination is best here.My manager is a nice person and a goos leader and mentor for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the day I joined in the company it's almost 3 years however not a single penny increased in last three year that is not for me it's for almost all in the conduent didn't get payrise.My yearly performance rating is also nice however feeling disappointed when no reward for the work.
